One person who owns AI for your agency.
I choose, connect, run and keep current every AI tool you use, and I report on it every Friday.
Choose. Connect. Run. Keep current.
Choose
I audit the agency and recommend the right tool for each job, including the AI already inside your own software. I tell you when a tool isn't worth buying.
Connect
I set each tool up around your management system, mailbox and rules, using read-only access you can revoke at any time.
Run
I train your team, monitor every system, fix what breaks, and handle the vendors. There is one person to call.
Keep current
I track what changes in insurance AI, tell you what it means, and implement what's worth having.
Audit first. Then one fixed department.

What you read on Friday.
What you can count on.
- Every Friday
A plain-language report with real numbers from your own systems: what came in, what was handled, what needs a decision.
- Every month
A short briefing on what's new in insurance AI and what I'm doing about it.
- Every quarter
A review that ships one concrete improvement.
- Any time
On-call support when your staff get stuck.
One person, your systems, no new software.
Built for your book
Your certificate holders, your policy forms, your account naming, your wording. Configured from a sample of your real certificates, not from a generic template.
Email first, nothing to install
It has its own address on your domain. Your staff replies to it the way they reply to a colleague. SMS for one-liners when someone is out of the office.
A read-only dashboard
The approval queue and the weekly report on one page. Read-only on purpose: it is for seeing what happened, not another place to do admin.
Runs on my infrastructure
I host and run it. There is no software for your office to buy, and nothing for your IT to maintain.
A report every Friday
What came in, what was drafted, what you approved, what is still open. In numbers, per account. If a renewal is going nowhere, it says so.

Pricing you can read before you sign.
- 01The audit is a fixed fee.
It's credited toward onboarding if you continue.
- 02The AI department is one fixed monthly fee, set by the size of your team.
It doesn't change when you add services.
- 03Each service you add has two parts.
A one-time setup fee and a flat monthly management fee. I quote both in writing before anything starts.
- 04Software subscriptions are billed to you directly by the vendors, at their price.
I don't mark them up, and I don't take referral fees without telling you in writing.
- 05The partnership runs 12 months.
Agencies that choose it get reduced setup fees. The audit is the low-commitment first step.
What you keep. The policy, the procedures and the prompt and workflow library are yours, even if we stop.
I'll send a written quote within two business days.
What's included, and what stays yours.
The 12-month partnership
Everything starts with a fixed-fee audit. Agencies that continue move into a 12-month partnership: a fixed monthly fee that covers the cadence above, plus services you add one at a time.
What stays yours. The written policy, the procedures and the library of prompts and workflows belong to you, even if we stop working together.
